4 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 ounces burrata cheese, torn into pieces
2 ounces pepperoni, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil for garnish
Crusty bread or pizza dough for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In an oven-safe skillet or baking dish, combine the crushed tomatoes, cream cheese, minced garlic, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the cream cheese is mostly incorporated.
Season with salt and black pepper to your liking.
Nestle the torn burrata pieces into the tomato mixture.
Arrange the pepperoni slices over the top of the dip.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the burrata is melted and slightly golden.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
