  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (like spaghetti or linguine)
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped pimentos (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dry sherry (optional, for flavor)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, chicken broth, peas, pimentos, sherry (if using), salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir in the cooked turkey, cooked pasta, and 3/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese until everything is well combined.
