  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crushed potato chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion, green bell pepper, and black pepper.
  3. Stir in the drained tuna, frozen peas, and cooked egg noodles.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crushed potato chips, if using.
