1 cup sour cream
1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies (with their juice) and the ranch seasoning mix.
Fold in 1.5 cups of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into a small baking dish.
