1 cup small pasta shapes (like ditalini or small shells)
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup tomato paste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
