The Ultimate 10-Minute No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Dip (Creamy & Fruity)

A mound of creamy, white strawberry cheesecake dip mixed with chunks of bright red strawberries, served on a white plate.

You need this incredibly creamy, dreamy Strawberry Cheesecake Dip for your next gathering. It is a simple, no-bake dessert that comes together in minutes, tasting just like classic cheesecake but without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry jam or preserves (optional, for extra color/flavor)

Instructions

  1. Place the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
  2. In a separate, chilled bowl, whip the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. This usually takes 3 to 5 minutes depending on your mixer speed.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix, or you will deflate the volume.
  4. Carefully fold in the finely diced fresh strawberries and the optional strawberry jam until they are evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  5. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving for the best texture, though you can serve immediately if you are in a rush.
  6. Serve this easy dessert dip immediately with your favorite dippers.

Notes

  • For the creamiest texture, make sure your cream cheese is fully softened to room temperature.
  • If you want a thicker dip, reduce the amount of heavy whipping cream slightly or add 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt.
  • This dip is perfect served with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, or fresh fruit like apple slices and blueberries.
  • You can make this a low-carb sweet cream cheese dip by substituting the powdered sugar with your preferred granular sweetener equivalent.
