1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup water
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Optional: Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
Optional: Celery sticks for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Gradually whisk in the water until you have a smooth batter.
Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss to coat evenly.
Spread the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and lightly golden.
While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the buffalo sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the buffalo wing sauce, melted butter, and white vinegar.
Once the cauliflower is baked, add it to a clean bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce mixture over the cauliflower and toss gently to coat.
Return the coated cauliflower to the baking sheet and bake for another 5-10 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and slightly caramelized.
Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery sticks, if desired.
Notes
Ensure your cauliflower florets are roughly the same size for even cooking.
You can adjust the spice level by using more or less buffalo wing sauce.
For s crispier bite, you can bake the cauliflower for an additional 5 minutes.
