  • 1 cup (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (6 ounces) milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a cast-iron skillet, combine the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips.
  3. Pour the heavy cream over the chocolate chips.
  4. Stir gently to coat the chocolate chips with cream.
  5. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  6. Remove the skillet from the oven.
  7. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows evenly over the melted chocolate.
  8. Return the skillet to the oven for another 2-3 minutes, just until the marshmallows are lightly toasted and puffed.
  9. Serve immediately with graham crackers, cookies, or fruit for dipping.
