Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in your slow cooker.
  2. Top with softened cream cheese.
  3. Pour buffalo wing sauce and ranch dressing over the chicken and cream cheese.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
  6. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
  7. Stir in blue cheese dressing and both cheeses until well combined and melted.
