Ingredients
Scale
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup pretzel twists or snaps, lightly crushed
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval until smooth.
Stir the peanut butter into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
Fold in the crushed pretzels until they are evenly coated with the chocolate mixture.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until the bark is completely firm.
Lift the bark out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Break or cut the bark into irregular pieces before serving.
Notes
For a different flavor, substitute semi-sweet chocolate with white chocolate or milk chocolate.
If you do not have a microwave, melt the chocolate using a double boiler method.
For extra crunch, reserve a small handful of pretzels to sprinkle on top before chilling.
