Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the sliced Brussels sprouts and peaches.
In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, and poppy seeds.
Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
