  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Let cool.
  4. In a food processor, combine the mixed olives, minced garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, capers, and lemon juice.
