  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, mixed nuts, and seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, peanut butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.
  5. Stir in the cinnamon and salt.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Press down firmly with a spatula to create a compact layer.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
