2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and olive oil.
Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
Brush the salmon with the honey glaze.
Grill the salmon for 4-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Brush with additional glaze during the last minute of cooking if desired.
