Garlic Stuffed Mushrooms

These delicious garlic stuffed mushrooms are filled with a savory mixture of garlic, cheese, and breadcrumbs, making them the perfect appetizer for any occasion.

  • 1 pound white mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushroom caps and remove the stems.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the mushroom caps generously with the garlic-cheese breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the topping is golden brown.

Notes

You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the filling for a little heat.
