Make your next celebration sparkle with this easy Champagne Punch loaded with fresh berries. This recipe brings the joy of Sunday Flavor to your party.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle chilled Champagne or prosecco
  • 1 cup white cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur (like Cointreau or triple sec)
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • Ice ring or cubes

Instructions

  1. Chill all ingredients thoroughly before starting.
  2. In a large punch bowl, gently combine the chilled Champagne, white cranberry juice, and orange liqueur. Stir once carefully to mix the juices.
  3. Add the mixed fresh berries and orange slices to the punch bowl.
  4. Place a large ice ring or add ice cubes just before serving to keep the punch cold without diluting it too quickly.
  5. Serve immediately in champagne flutes or small glasses.

Notes

  • For an alcohol-free version, substitute sparkling white grape juice for the Champagne and omit the orange liqueur.
  • You can freeze some of the berries on a tray beforehand to use as extra ice cubes.
  • Taste the punch before adding all the liqueur; adjust sweetness or tartness as you prefer.
