  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, light brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Stir in the bourbon and vanilla extract until the peaches are evenly coated.
  4. Pour the peach mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
