12 ounces pasta (like rotini or penne)
1 pound cherry tomatoes, halved
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, halved cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and chopped romaine lettuce.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
