Air Fryer Bacon and Eggs

Two sunny-side-up eggs next to crispy strips of Air Fryer Bacon with Eggs on a white plate.

A simple guide for cooking crispy bacon and eggs together or separately in your air fryer for a fast breakfast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 2 large eggs
  • Cooking spray (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Place bacon strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overlap them.
  3. Air fry the bacon for 8 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through. Adjust time based on your desired crispness. Remove bacon and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate. Drain excess grease from the basket.
  4. If cooking eggs immediately after bacon, wipe out any remaining grease. Spray a small, oven-safe ramekin or muffin tin insert with cooking spray.
  5. Crack one egg into each prepared ramekin.
  6. Place the ramekin(s) carefully into the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry the eggs at 350°F (175°C) for 6 to 10 minutes, depending on how you like your yolks (less time for runny, more time for firm).
  8. Carefully remove the ramekins. Slide the cooked eggs out onto plates next to the bacon.
  9. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If your air fryer has a small basket, cook the bacon in batches first, then cook the eggs.
  • For easier cleanup when cooking eggs, use small, air-fryer-safe parchment paper liners inside the ramekins.
  • If you prefer scrambled eggs, whisk the eggs with a splash of water or milk in a small, oven-safe dish and cook for 5 to 7 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
