30-Minute Garlic Parmesan Zucchini Noodles

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Wash and trim the ends of the zucchini. Use a spiralizer to create zucchini noodles.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  4. Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet. Toss gently with tongs to coat the noodles with oil and garlic.
